I am a Nutritionist graduated from the Lusófona University of Lisbon and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), and registered with the Portuguese Nutritionists Association under number 5787N.
I work in Integrative Clinical Nutrition and my commitment is to your physical and mental well-being,
through a holistic approach to nutrition. Since starting my studies in 2015, I have constantly sought to expand my knowledge through complementary training and enriching professional experiences.
In addition to working clinically, I am a co-instructor of the course 'Practical Vegetarian Diet for Professionals' and author of the research paper "Eating Patterns and Mindful Eating: Relationship between Food Choices and Food Awareness". These experiences have enabled me to offer nutritional support that goes beyond traditional recommendations, promoting a positive and conscious relationship with food.
